Mild headache in the first 1–2 weeks is reported by some people. Usually self-limiting. Paracetamol is appropriate.
Occasionally reported. Usually not distressing. If dreams are disrupting sleep, reduce the dose or shift to an earlier timing.
The most common side effect at higher doses. Try taking the dose 30–45 minutes earlier to allow the peak effect to pass before waking. If grogginess persists despite earlier timing, reduce the dose by 1-2 mg.
